Sugar Exhibit
The sugar exhibit demonstrated the production from cane to the mill with the different grades of molasses, syrup, and sugar-cane. Paper was then made from the sugar-cane and also fertilizer and fodder. A new contraption separated the sugar juices from the cane in order for it to be sampled by the public. A life-size display of a woman made of sugar was featured.
