College Corner, Ohio, Indiana

College Corner is a small village that sits on the state line between Union County, Indiana and Butler and Preble Counties, Ohio. Few towns present more challenges to a genealogist since the town is located in two states, three counties, and sometimes two time zones!

Tallawanda Springs was a popular tourist attraction near College Corner. Includes some photos shared by a wonderful 102 year old lady who lived there as a child.

 

College Corner had a veterinarian in the early years. Animal Health products were also manufactured in College Corner.

The College Corner Union High School was very unique in that it was located on the state line.
