Below is An 1896 bill from Moundville that tells about Dr Hanan, the Moundville Doctor, Pharmacist etc.

 

 

 

The 1900 census listed the Hanan family living in Moundville:

  • James Hanan, born August 1853 in Missouri, he was listed as a druggist
  • Alice Hanan, born March 1855 in Illinois
  • Arthur F. Hanan, born January 1877 in Illinois, teacher
  • Nellie A. Hanan, born May 1883 in Missouri, in school

Frank Hanan was an 1894 Cooper College Graduate. This photo is actually identified as Frank Hannon, but the last name is probably mis-spelled.
