Cameron Heath shares the information that Huldah Catharine McDonald had two marriages before she married David Perkins. She first married June 8, 1870, in Benton County, MO, a blacksmith, Philip Clayton. They were married by Justice of the Peace Callaway Green Heath. It is not known for sure if he died or they divorced. She married second in Benton County, MO as Huldah C Clayton on 7 Jan 1874 to a widower and much older gentleman, Isaac Wickliffe. Wickiffe was almost 69 years old when he married the 29 year old Huldah. He died in 1875. We are still looking for the exact marriage date to third husband. David K. Perkins, about 1878. Isaac Wickliffe her second husband died in September 1875 so we know it was after that time.
