Moundville, Missouri

Moundville is a small village in southwestern Vernon County, Missouri. Most of my great grandparents came to Moundville when they came to Missouri.

Here are some scenes of old Moundville that I have collected. Click on any of the photos to see enlargements and usually more information. Some of the photos are unidentified. Hopefully you will recognize someone or will have an identical photo that is identified so we can post that information here. If you have any old photos that you are sure are of Moundville, I'd be glad to add them here also.

NOTE: The new Moundville book, covering the early history of the town from 1860 - 1910 is available NOW. Click here for ordering information. There is also a companion web page to the book developing.
