Alexander and Catharine Waite
Catha(e)rine Ertel married John Fry in Warren County, OH. The couple moved to Cass County, IN where John Fry died and is buried, Catharine Ertel Fry married Alexander Waite in Cass County, IN and moved to Idaho, then to Vernon County, MO. The 1910 Vernon County, MO Census for Harrison Township lists them living with their daughter and son-in-law:

Alexander and Catherine Waite are buried in Worsley Cemetery, which would have been just a mile or so from where they probably lived. Here are their dates:

Death Certificate Information: Katherine Waite died December 10, 1914 in Harrison Township. She had been born November 27, 1825 in Ohio, maiden name, Ertel. L. T. Hartzfeld was the informant and Dr. O. P. Farrington on Moundville was the informant. The attending physician was E. E. Anderson of Garland, KS. Cause of death was heart disease. Burial was at Worsley Cemetery on December 12, 1914 and Konantz of Arcadia was the undertaker. #3536 |

Death Certificate Information: Frank Waite died January 21, 1916 in Moundville Township of heart disease and LaGrippe (the flu). He had been born March 26, 1840 to Oliver Waite and wife Mary Crell Waite who had both been born in Indiana. He was single. Dr. O. P. Farrington was the attending physician and Mrs. Phil Shanholzer was the informant. Burial was in Worsley Cemetery on January 22 with Undertaker John Donaldson of Moundville in charge. #5014 |
